Beauty 101: Journal

If you're anything like me then you pour your whole heart out into your journals. I can't even count how many I have but I add all of my thoughts and all of what Holy Spirit is saying to me in them. A journal helps me to surrender it all on paper when I can't quite speak it. It helps me to develop a language to speak over and into my life. Adding scriptures that connect to each thought or work through situation aid in deliverance and transformation.
